Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation d/b/a “Metra”, a public Corporation under Illinois Law distributed an RFP to invite response from IT vendors for Information Technology Consulting Services. On August 31st, 2022, DatamanUSA LLC has been awarded a multi-year contract by “Metra” to provide Information Technology Consulting Services as per contract# PA0001700.
“Metra” is the public corporation (unit of local government) that is responsible for commuter rail transportation in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will Counties of Northeastern Illinois. Metra's existence resulted from legislation enacted by the Illinois General Assembly in November 1983, which reorganized the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA).
Metra has awarded the contract to DatamanUSA and signed a Blanket Contract for the purpose of providing Information Technology Consulting Services on an “as needed” basis in the following categories: SQL DBA support services; Web Development support services; Infrastructure Services support and SharePoint Services support.
This contract allows DatamanUSA to provide Information Technology Consulting Services to “Metra” under the following categories for IT Staff Augmentation and IT projects both:
