Growing up in India our CEO Nidhi Saxena has always challenged cultural stereotypes— she excelled in school earning high grades in the male dominated subjects of math and Science and gained recognition as a badminton and ping-pong champion. She wanted to contribute to the society by presenting her story as an example of perseverance, persistence, ethics and will power.
Nidhi left her position as a Senior Systems Analyst back in 2000 to realize her dream and form DatamanUSA. She started off as an IT consultant working on projects from her home basement. DatamanUSA expanded to open their office in the Denver Tech Center in 2004. Since then, there is no turning back and through hard work and perseverance DatamanUSA has now grown to over 50 employees in multiple states. Nidhi has combined her IT background with employees who have both strong technical backgrounds and people with business and recruiting backgrounds to build the strong company DatamanUSA is today.
Bhawnesh Mathur is an experienced executive with OEM, Distribution and EMS experience. He’s been an IBM Global Services Project Executive, leader of Supply Chain at IBM’s Server Group, Arrow Electronics and at Sanmina. He’s been the CEO of two large Private Equity held EMS companies.
Bhawnesh has provided the leadership to achieve significant growth and profitability gains for all his prior companies. He led the transformation of these companies and enabled them to earn third-party Customer Satisfaction recognition, including several consecutive Service Excellence Awards.
As a Project Executive at IBM Global Services, he led significant IBM Projects with large industrial corporations, with focus in total IT out-sourcing and implementation of e-commerce. As a Chief Supply Chain Officer at a Fortune 150 company, he managed the IT function and initiated a global Oracle conversion.
Bhawnesh brings significant customer insights, experience in deploying growth strategies, Mergers and Acquisitions, and transition of company ownership.

DIPAK CHAUDHARI is a talented consultant who joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining Dataman, Dipak was a management consultant at the Boston Consultant Group, a deal associate at BC Partners, a private equity firm, and an independent financial consultant. Dipak has extensive experience with leveraging data analysis to solve key business problems and to address core organizational needs. Dipak holds a BA, Applied Mathematics with a focus on Economics from Harvard.
Khushboo Mehrotra is a result oriented young professional with attention to detail, ample of experience in Investigation of suspected frauds or irregularities on behalf of private clients, corporate bodies, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, Regulatory bodies or the government. Prior to joining DatamanUSA, Khushboo was Assistant Manager in the Forensic International Department of Deloitte. She has an extensive experience with Managed document and email review services to effectively respond to litigations, inquiries and investigations, Legal research on topics that could potentially attract sanctions, penalties, Contract life cycle management for better negotiation capabilities, Interpretation of law and suggest practical approaches for compliance, Corporate Restructuring, Liquidation Support, Investigation Support.
Joe Wooldridge is an IT Staffing and Solutions professional based in Austin, TX. He possesses a strong business acumen and an eye for innovation - bringing over a decade of knowledge and expertise in business development, marketing, PR, strategy, efficiency and process improvement as a strategic business consultant, 'dot com' founder, and digital entrepreneur. He also brings experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis from his years at Sprint.
