Job Description :
DatamanUSA LLC is a well established IT solutions company looking to further extend our client base.
We are looking for a result oriented Sales/Business Development Executive.
As a Sales/Business Development Executive you will ensure a steady flow of new clients and appropriate
projects is maintained to achieve the monthly sales targets.
Essential Requirements:
- Hands-on experience (at least 2 yrs.) of sales, marketing and business development in
the US market with strong cold calling talent and a committed hard working attitude is a must.
- Some knowledge of the web and IT industry is required in order to understand client's Software services requirement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in English language a must
- Target Driven
- Ability to work independently
- Self motivator with proactive attitude, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new clients and IT projects (a minimum of 2 new IT projects every month to begin with)
- Maintaining existing client relationships and generating new business from them
- Create own leads and opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Involvement in overall pre-sales and sales activities
- Exceed monthly and quarterly target expectations
You can be based anywhere and work from your home/office.
Compensation:
We have 2 types of positions. One is only commission based and another is salary + commission based.
We will need multiple service providers to get business from various states in the US.
So please mention the market/State you will be providing leads from.
