Ferooza Eswaran or "Faith" as she is commonly known as is the HR Manager of Denver-based DatamanUSA, a robust, rapidly growing small business, which is minority women-owned, full-service Information Technology (IT) staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company with more than 75 employees, annual revenues of about 3.8 million.

Ferooza Eswaran has been successfully handling the various facets and needs of the HR department of DatamanUSA LLC for the last 4 years and works in sync with the Sales and Recruiting teams. A microbiologist and college professor for 11 years she has made the switch from Classroom and Laboratory to the field of HR effortlessly and naturally. She as Masters from Unversity of Pune, India, and is currently working towards her PHR certification.

Ferooza is a member of the CTRN (Colorado Technical Recruiters Network). She volunteers at 'Brent's Place', (which is a home for kids with cancer) and at the Annual Indian Nepalese Heritage Camp (an annual camp for families that have adopted kids of Indian origin) and is involved in various other community service projects.

Ferooza lives with her husband and 2 children in Englewood, Colorado.
