With Contract-to-Hire Services, DatamanUSA and the company agree on an hourly bill rate for the Contract period, the date the Consultant will be converted to a regular employee of the company, a minimum number of hours the Consultant must work as a DatamanUSA Consultant prior to conversion and/or a conversion fee which is payable to DatamanUSA once the Consultant is actually converted to regular employee status with the company.


C. Contract:

DatamanUSA Contract Services are a perfect solution for companies that experience frequent fluctuation in the need for resources. As projects begin to ramp up, DatamanUSA is there to supplement the necessary resources to complete the job. As projects are completed and inventory begins to slow down, DatamanUSA handles the discontinuation of existing contracts. With Contract Services DatamanUSA and the company agree on an hourly bill rate and an expected duration of the contract. Once the contract is started, DatamanUSA handles all human resource functions including payroll generation and distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration.

Recruitment Management System: -

DatamanUSA uses a custom proprietary staffing portal called “RMS”, which provides an easy interface to our Technical Recruiters and accounts team. RMS provides very tight collaboration in various teams included in the whole recruitment process. Our recruitment manager keeps a close eye on the recruitment process using RMS. It provides various tools and features such as, requirement status, number of requirements currently opened, assigned recruiters, submissions made by particular recruiter, etc. RMS currently has more than 400,000 resumes in its database. It also has feedback and comment options. With the combination of our management controls, our ten-step recruitment process based on ISO framework, along with tools like RMS, we ensure consistency in recruiting, screening, and presenting each consultant to our customers. Our Account Manager with support from our Recruiting Manager, will oversee the process flow to ensure consistency throughout the ten steps and to assure high quality candidates are delivered to our customers.
