Bipin Agarwal

Bipin Agarwal is the CEO for Redhawk Investments Group and has been the primary visionary to launch the business idea.
Bipin Agarwal was a co-founder, Director, and Executive Vice President of the North American Operations at Tanning Technology Corporation. As a member of the company’s operating committee and board, he participated in M&A activity, developed strategic business alliances, maintained analyst relationships, and helped take the company public in 1999. During its peak Tanning Technology had a market value of more than a $1B and over 500 plus employees.

He has been a seasoned Senior Executive with track record of driving visionary technology solutions for start-up, high growth, and fortune 500 organizations. He has been delivery focused, proactive and has had committed leadership in development of high-performance teams to support both business and information-technology initiatives. He has extensive background in software development and infrastructure build out and roll out.

Prior to his executive involvement at Tanning, Mr. Agarwal was the chief architect for several large scale open systems, and is nationally recognized for the design and deployment of TP monitor-enabled online transaction processing and strategic decision support systems. He has led and architected many of Tanning’s large-scale solutions including the system architecture for E*Trade, FedEx, FundServ. His mutual funds application for FundServ won the Canadian Information Productivity Award (CIPA) for the best use of technology in 1995.


Currently Bipin Agarwal has been an angel investor in several technology related ventures. He also serves as a senior management consultant to several startups to help them define business strategy and go-to market strategy. He defined and launched offshore management consulting services to help clients build or optimize their offshore IT operations. He advises companies on building IT delivery strategy and has recently provider leadership to run an IT services delivery organization for a mid-size company. He has served on the board of directors for a number of companies.


He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from IIT in India, where he graduated as class valedictorian in 1985.
